Excellent rifle. Very happy with performance and features. Comes with a nice quad-rail for accessories. Also comes deadly-accurate straight from the box. I hit bullseye 19 of 30 times at 25 yards from the very first magazine using only iron sights. Also could be a great project-rifle, upgrade affordably. I would recommend replacing the factory grip with a nice molded Hogue Grip, a nice $20 upgrade.

I got this bad-boy from the local gun shop here for just under $1600. they tacked on an extra 100 for the payment plan. took it home a week ago, and it is amazing. put together really well. just completely solid. troy battlesights are excellent and pretty accurate right out of the box. fires consistently, and smooth. came with one magpul mag with S&W logo, rubber rail covers, and plastic case. shop threw in an extra magpul mag. all in all, one of the better ar style rifles ive ever fired. considering getting another one very soon.

i bought this rifle from buds at just under $1000. over 2500 rounds and zeromisfires. great rifle at a great price.

I purchased this rifle in March 2009 after trying out a friend''s Bushmaster AR-15 at the range. This was my first AR-type rifle purchase after owning an AK-47 and a Saiga .223/5.56mm. I have not experienced any problems with my M&P15x and am very pleased with it. It cycles cheap steel-cased ]Wolf, Monarch[ and brass-cased ]Remington, PMC[ ammo with no problems. Add-ons include a vertical grip, CAA grip, Badger Ordnance lever and Wolff HD buffer spring. And a word to the wise...use MagPul''s PMags instead of the standard magazines in your AR-type rifle.

I received the AR 15 within days of ordering and it arrived in good condition. The weapon fires very easily with very little kick back. I used some oil to clean off a film from the weapon very easily. A simple and effective purchase with no problems. I recomend the website.
