Smith & Wesson : Product ID: 60621 : MFG# 209300: Smith & Wesson MP Pistol, Semi-Automatic, Double Action, 40 Smith & Wesson, 4.25 Inch Barrel, Blue Finish, 15 Round Capacity. The best gun I've ever shot. I am a geezer-woman (56) with very small hands, but this gun is awesome. I had no recoil, no problems and I really enjoy shooting this gun at the range.

This is the duty weapon my department has given us to use. It is a smooth firing weapon and is great for a on or off duty weapon. It has good penitration powerand is very accurate.

i love this gun so muchn i just bought another one. its the most comfortable reliable pistol i have owned. i also own a springfield xd .40 and a glock 22 .40 and by far the m&p .40 IS MY FAVORITE!!!

IF I HAD TO CHOOSE BETWEEN THE S/W OR A GLOCK,TAKE THE SMITH AND WESSON MP.I HAD A USED ONE IN 2006 AND IT SHOT IN MY OPINION BETTER THAN THE GLOCK.LAST YEAR I TRADED FOR A NEW ONE. REASON I GOT ONE IS A LARGE LIST. ACCURATE,WELL BUILT,THE EXTRAS SUCH AS THE CHANGEABLE BACK STRAPS,THE NOVACK SIGHTS,RAIL, A FULL METAL MAGS,CHANGEABLE CLIP RELEASE, AND AMERICAN MADE!SMITH AND WESSON HIT A GRAND SLAM OUT OF THE BALLPARK WITH THE MP.

I am a professional firearms trainer for the largest firearms training institute in the country. I have both the GLock 22 and the M&P and use, shoot, and enjoy both. However, I prefer the SW M&P. Being female, my hands are smaller than the typical male''s hands, having the interchangeable grips is a plus. The only downfall is the trigger, it isn''t a clean, smooth press. I sent mine off for a new trigger job ]much like a 1911 trigger[ and I wouldn''t trade/sell my firearm for anything...it is a superior product made in the USA!!! THANKS!
