This is the duty weapon my department has given us to use. It is a smooth firing weapon and is great for a on or off duty weapon. It has good penitration powerand is very accurate.

The best gun I've ever shot. I am a geezer-woman (56) with very small hands, but this gun is awesome. I had no recoil, no problems and I really enjoy shooting this gun at the range.

i love this gun so muchn i just bought another one. its the most comfortable reliable pistol i have owned. i also own a springfield xd .40 and a glock 22 .40 and by far the m&p .40 IS MY FAVORITE!!!
