I have a Concealed weapon permit, however, my mother doesn''t and she is a Postmaster at a Post office. The point is this is an excellent product, Sabre Red has dye that can only be seen with a blacklight, also, it''s so strong that it can incapacitate a man for up to an hour. It even has a safety where you push the top to the side, and it has 35 individual bursts, They reccommend that you try it out as soon as you get it and it really sprays a long way with alot of force, you could spray it into the wind and it wouldn''t get on you, I would say it''s accurate up to about 12-15feet easy.

It is a stream that comes out so you need to try it at least once to get a feel of how it works. Range of stream is pretty far, but you need to be a good aim to shoot for the face from 10-15 ft.
